Jay Bardhan

Jay Bardhan is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern University. He received degrees from MIT and Argonne National Lab. He researches modeling protein behavior, and his work has been supported by NIH and NSF.

Sharon is the author of Strategic Management for Nonprofit Organizations, an expert on strategy, competition, and analytics, and is former dean of the Yale School of Management.

Before starting CivCom, Yulee served as a U.S. Navy Lieutenant on a nuclear submarine. He received an MBA from Yale, instructed at MIT, was Executive Chief of Staff at Dow Chemical, and is an experienced recruiter and hiring manager.

AJ Is a tech professional that has been working in systems administration and development for 10 years. He helps create systems that quickly and economically accomplish the goals of his clients and is a proponent of systems automation to reduce human workload.

Prior to CivCom, Chris held roles as a Data Scientist in both the biotechnology and mobile gaming fields. He received his MS in Molecular Biology from The University of Connecticut and is passionate about using data to help make better decisions.

Dylan Hirsch-Shell

Dylan Hirsch-Shell

Dylan works as a software engineer at Tesla. He earned his PhD in neuroscience at UCLA and earned two bachelors degrees from MIT. Dylan is volunteers at CivCom to help make evidence-based recommendations that improve civilian reintegration outcomes.

Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen

Eric leads a startup that is developing novel high power density actuators. Eric previously developed disruptive communications, sensing, jamming and situational awareness devices at DARPA and MIT. Eric's research interests lie at the intersection of hardware, software and people.

Yuri Kim

Yuri Kim

Yuri is a Designer and Researcher who combines musical skills with UX. Prior to CivCom, Yuri did artistic planning for the Grammy Award-winning San Francisco Symphony, managing projects hailed by major publications as adventurous and innovative. Yuri attended the Johns Hopkins University.

Michael Huang

Michael Huang

Before CivCom, Michael made websites for a wide range of clients, including Asana, Kenu, and Caeden. He majored in Symbolic Systems at Stanford and focuses on interaction design and front-end development.

Mike Mintz

Mike Mintz

Prior to CivCom, Mike provided software consulting to Aon, Stanford, and other clients. He received a MS in Computer Science from Stanford and specializes in backend infrastructure, machine learning, and data science.

Yarone Greif

Yarone Greif

Yarone is a software engineer at Lyft, prior to that he was a founding member of the Ads Auction group at Facebook. He received an MS in Economics at Northwestern and Honors in Computational Science at Stanford. Yarone's interests are in backend infrastructure, economics, and machine learning.
